Basic
The Basic package is suitable for smaller WordPress websites, simple business websites, club websites or landing pages.

Automatic uptime monitoring
On request, we automatically monitor your website for technical availability. Every 5 minutes, we check whether your website is reachable and correctly responds with the status 200 OK.

Cloudflare Basic Protection
For additional security and better availability, your website can be protected through Cloudflare.
Depending on the website and DNS structure, we configure useful basic settings such as:
- DNS configuration
- SSL/TLS basic configuration
- Protection against simple bot and scanner requests
- Protection of typical WordPress targets such as login and XML-RPC
- Basic performance and caching settings
Cloudflare does not replace proper WordPress maintenance, but it is a useful additional layer of protection.
Important Note on Resources
Our Managed WordPress Hosting packages are designed for classic WordPress websites. Resource management is based on storage, traffic, PHP memory, concurrent PHP processes and technical usage limits.
Dedicated CPU or RAM guarantees are not part of these shared hosting packages. For larger projects, online shops with high order volumes or individual requirements, we are happy to provide a separate offer based on a dedicated VPS or server solution.
